Hello there, I'm a low-tech freelance Illustrator & lifelong Doctor Who fan from the fair city of Liverpool, England. I've sold dozens of Who paintings on ebay but unfortunately in doing so I keep running afoul of the BBC, who don't want their trademark images sold without a licence but yet refuse to issue out a licence!
