From everyone in Aurora, thank you.
Incredible painting! What size paper is this on?... the detail you have put in is incredible! Think the composition is excellent too, could have been a great poster for the movie! My favourite part is Batman's armour, you've got it to look so lifelike, very talented you are indeed!
Thank you so much for the kind words! It's a fraction smaller than A4 which was a bit risky considering the amount of detail involved but I've just about got away with it, but I think next time I do something like this it'll be A3! A few friends who have seen the original have also commented on the armour which, to be honest, was the easiest part to paint!
Why does everyone look shocked ?
Nice traditional work! Cool composition. I'm impressed.
Nice one, thanks very much!
The signature up on the building is pretty cool too!
You captured the look on Burce's eyes perfectly!
Thank you, the artwork is actually quite small and it was tricky trying to capture such small likenesses so your comment is really appreciated!
I really didn't enjoy this movie all that much.
Fair enough, hope you like the painting though ...!
The painting is really good. Its just that the new characters hand no coherency about them at all. Bane came off more like a punch clock villain then the evil monster everybody kept saying he was like he was a place holder for the real villain and Nolan just forgot to shop him out. Talia could have been anybody and made it clear that Nolan left his realm with this film.
If they make comic book of the movie, this could be the cover.
The gang's all here - and all painted perfectly with such stunning realism and vibrancy. Bravo! One of the very best TDKR paintings I've seen.
Thanks for the kind words! One of the reasons I did this painting was to show it doesn't always have to be photoshop manipulations, which is all I seem to see with TDKR art!
wow, this is amazing!
very nice job
